Shipping Information

We aim to make ordering from us as simple and straightforward as possible.

Once your online transaction has been completed your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours.

The goods will be prepared for delivery and shipped within 48 hours, with the exception of orders placed at the weekend which will be shipped in the next working days.

Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery in Portugal and Spain and 5-15 for international deliveries.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately. If for some reason your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

During Sale periods and Holiday season deliveries times can be affected.

Deliveries are preformed within working hours and may require a signature. For this reason, we advise you to give us a secure delivery address where someone will be available to rceive the goods and sign.

 

Shipping surcharges

We work hard to keep our shipping charges as low as possible.

Shipping costs are added to your order on checkout, after selecting your shipping preferences.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

To process a return, please send an e-mail informing it to:

You may return your order up to 15 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. Kindly fill the return form sent with your online order.

Do NOT return any item to us without emailing our customer service first as we will be unable to accept it. See below for our return policy on sale items.

 

Exchanges

You may exchange your received item for another style, size or color. If the item is of higher value we will invoice you the difference. Kindly explain what you want to do when you contact us about this situation. 

 

Refunds

We will be happy to refund any items purchased at full retail price, as long as they're on their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. All refunds exclude postage costs, unless the return cause is our responsability. Refunds are processed as sson as item is recieved and checked. Refunds are done for the same card/payment method used for the purchase.
